Phone bill

Our new place has a landline which I’ve used once to order pizza and another time to call Stephen’s cell phone. Today we received our first phone bill in the mail and I was unpleasantly surprised. I didn’t know, but in Australia phone companies change by the second to call a cell phone from a landline. They charged me 66 cents to call Stephen cell for less than two minutes!

Anyway I thought it was worth posting since I’ve never heard of such an unusual practice. Limited broadband internet and now this! These people don’t know what they’re missing.

Couldst thou clarify what the image on the left of your blog is? A coffin pill?

When I saw the Telstra pic I first thought you had posted a pic of a port-o-potty. Remember when we saw one tipped over and it smelled SO bad?

Same thing in France.
Yeah, as Claire says, your pill is nice & gothic. Or ambiguous, as they like to say in first year English.
