Insitu testing

Last week we has a class where we got to use some of the testing equipment that is available in a typical pharmacy. I was happy to see my blood sugar was within normal range. In fact, everything looks good! I guess I'm doing okay health wise. This pharmacy course hasn't killed me yet. Other tests available were INR, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, Blood pressure, and lung function.

We also found out that Stephen put on a bunch of weight since starting pharmacy school. Its the nature of the beast.

In other news, I got nowhere with my research project last week. Currently, I'm trying to actually get some bench work done. What a joke. The HPLC was acting up big time. No one could get it working! Apparently it will be sorted out by Tuesday.

Currently, I am procrastinating...

I love the word "insitu". I associate oil mining to it.

Anyway. That's sweet that everything tested a-okay. Even BMI! I feel most people would have problems with that. Schweet.

Today is Tuesday. Hopefully the HPLC machine works otherwise I'm thinking the day might not be so great. But it's supposed to rain, so maybe that will brighten your day! YAY! :)
