I snapped this the other day at work. That's a couple grand worth of amikacin, an antibiotic. Sadly, that entire quantity is only a one month supply from a CF patient.

This is my pager from work. Pretty funny to be using such old technology but cell phones get terrible reception in the hospital so analogue is the way to go.
